Description:
The subject of this order are periodic service inspections and medical equipment repairs. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract. Service reviews will take place at the frequency recommended by the equipment manufacturer.The contractor is obliged to make a proper entry in a technical passport for a given device and confirmation of work in the work card and/or issuing a service report taking into account detected defects. The contractor provides original spare parts. With the consent of the Ordering PartyIt is allowed to use the so -called substitutes. The spare parts used for repair will be new and full -fledged and with technical parameters no worse than the original parts. Accurate information in the scope of, among others The numbers of serial devices covered by the proceedings will be transferred to the contractors with whomindividual contracts will be concluded.
Obligation to service medical equipment in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in SWZ.The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the whole given/data, the selected/selected part of his choice, including all the items of a given part.
