Krtk. Description of the order of the order: the subject of the order S service reviews and repair of Hamilton medical equipment. A detailed description of the order of the order was determined in the impact No. 2 to the specifications for declarants. Service reviews shall be made from frequencies recommended by the equipment manufacturer. The Contractor is obliged to perform a vocabulary entry into a technical passport for a given device and confirmation of the workpiece in the work tab and / or issuing a service report taking into account the detected defects. Objectives of servicing medical equipment According to acts of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (T. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1565).
