Description:
1 The detailed scope of the fall is determined by the adornment No. 1 to SWZ (OPZ) and Zakznik No. 4 to SWZ (IPU) .2. The contractor is obliged to realize the order on the principles and conditions described in the draft contractual agreement No. 4 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the obligation for the Contractor to take a local vision and checking by the Contractors of documents necessary for the implementation of the performers available at the Ordering Party (Technical documentation regarding the Official Office service). Zoon's offer without having such a vision or without checking documents necessary for the implementation of the performers available at the Ordering Party, is subject to rejection pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 18 UPZP.
