Description:
3.1. The subject of the contract is to design and obtain the necessary decisions, opinions and permits, including decisions on building permits or notification of the intention to perform construction works (if required), performance of services, supplies of materials and equipment, and performance of construction works related toh photovoltaic installations, including inclusion (with possible change of connection conditions) to the power grid (distribution of electricity) as part of the task entitled "Photovoltaic installations in facilities and public infrastructure of the City and Commune of Działoszyn" - stage II
covering in sin particular, the execution in the "design and build" formula of the facilities indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in SWZ.
