- The subject of the contract is the performance of the protection of persons and property, physical and electronic and escorting the monetary values of municipal water supply and sewage system in Bydgoszcz - sp.z o.o. within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 1/10/2025, in accordance with applicable law in this respect, i.e.

- the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of October 21, 2011 on the principles of weapons specialized armed protective formations and storage conditions as well as recording weapons and ammunition (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 992)
- Act of August 5, 2010 on the protection of classified information (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024 item 632),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration On September 7, 2010 on the requirements that should be corresponded to the protection of monetary values stored and transported by entrepreneurs and other organizational units (i.e. Journal of Laws 2016, item 793, as amended).
