A brief description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is to perform physical protection services and people in the facility of the Medical Biology Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences at Rear 3a street in Łódź together with a supervision over the adjacent square and cars. The Ordering Party requires that all persons carrying out directly services to the protection of persons and property have been employed on the basis of a contract of employment within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - workflows (Journal of Laws from 2020 item 1320, as amended), taking into account the minimum remuneration for Work established on the basis of art. 2 para. 3-5 of the Act of 10 October 2002 with a minimum remuneration for work, throughout the entire period of the subject of the contract
