Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of 24-hour physical protection of persons and property based on the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2014, item No. 1099, as amended), as well as the operation of technical security devices of the building at pl. Moniuszki 2b, including: - SWN burglary and attack signaling with monitoring of the MV attack signal, - SAP fire alarm signaling, - SKD access control system, - CCTV monitoring system, for a period of 4 months, starting from June 2026 (i.e. June, July, August, September). The following entities are protected (property and persons): Kielce Cultural Center, Kielce Taca Theater and other entities based in the building at pl. Moniuszki 2B, Kielce. The Ordering Party's property includes: - KCK main building, - station transformer at ul. Winnicka, - area with parking lots and elements of small architecture within the streets of Winnicka, w. Leonarda, Kociuszki and Kopernika. The total usable area of the buildings is 16,047 m2, the total area of the land is approximately 20,000 m2.
