Description:
1. The Contractor's provision of services in the field of permanent, direct physical protection of persons and property in the facilities of the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority located in the following locations in Warsaw:
physical at the Ordering Party's facilities referred to in point 1, up to 600 man-hours.
the Ordering Party in the order, classified shipments in the area of the capital city of Warsaw in accordance with the regulation of the Prime Minister of December 7, 2011 in case transmitting, receiving, transporting, issuing and protecting materials containing classified information;
each time agreed by the Parties, developing new or updating existing protection plans for the facilities at ul. 6E w Warsaw and agreement with the Metropolitan Police Commander and the territorially competent Director of the ABW Delegation (based on the authorization granted by the Ordering Party), in accordance with the "Methodology for agreeing protection plans for areas, facilities and devices subject to mandatory protection and applicable regulations";
