Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of physical protection services for persons and property on the premises of the Museum and Memorial Site in Sobibor. German Nazi extermination camp (1942-1943). Branch of the State Museum at Majdanek.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (sopz) can be found in Annex 1 to this specification terms and conditions (SWZ) and constitutes its integral part. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order takes place under the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the Detailed Description of the subject of the order.3. At the stage of execution of the subject of the order, The Ordering Party requires the Contractor, throughout the duration of the contract, to have civil liability insurance in the scope of its activities in the amount of at least the gross offer price, in accordance with the conditions set out in the draft provisions of the contract. Detailed conditions insurance is specified in 9 of the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ
