- 3.1. The subject of the order are services of physical protection of persons and property for the Naval Museum in Gdynia in the period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027, carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 114, item 740, as amended), and its acts. related and implementing acts.3.2. The order includes security of the building and studio warehouse at ul. Zawiszy Czarnego 1B in Gdynia, together with the adjacent area, an open-air exhibition of maritime weapons and weapons and other property, through: a) permanent direct physical protection of persons and property, b) permanent supervision of alarm signals sent, collected and processed in the Ordering Party's electronic devices and alarm systems, burglary and attack detection, fire protection, closed-circuit television (monitoring), lighting management system. The Contractor's duties in this respect also include service fixed fire extinguishing devices and performing all activities described in the protection plan and fire safety instructions of the facility, c) taking action by the Contractor's intervention group in the event of a direct threat to safety property...
