Description:
3.1. The subject of the order are services of physical protection of persons and property carried out in the form of direct physical protection in the facilities of the Archaeological Museum in Gdańsk in the period 01/02/2026 - 31/01/2027, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532). i.e.), related acts and implementing acts.3.2. The order includes: a) Permanent or temporary, direct physical protection of persons and property, as well as action taken by the Contractor's intervention group in the event of a direct threat to the safety of property and persons, in the facilities of the Archaeological Museum in Gdańsk in the following locations: - Gdask, ul. Chmielna 53,- Gdask, ul. Rycerska 9,- Gdask, Piwnica Romaska, Plac Dominikaski,- Wejherowo, ul. Chopina 15,- Sopot, ul. Haffnera 63. Intervention group in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of October 21, 2011 on the principles of arming specialized armed forces protective formations and conditions of storage and recording of weapons and ammunition: at least two armed security personnel who, after obtaining information from alarm devices or systems through an armed intervention station signal...
