Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is comprehensive protection of people and property of the Campus and the adjacent area, operator service of technical protection devices installed in places of duty and intervention at the request of authorized persons in situations of security threat.campus. The service will also include continuous monitoring at the operator level of electronic security systems installed at the place of duty. In addition, the Contractor undertakes to provide special protection and defense of the GUM building during threats to state security and in times of war,in accordance with the regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 27, 2004 on the preparation of a national security management system (Journal of Laws, item 978) or similar regulations issued on the basis of the Act of March 11, 2022 on the defense of the homeland (Journal of Laws item 2305 and from 2023, items 347 and 641).
