• Physical security service with additional services for the District Court in Włocławek 1.The subject of the order is the provision of physical security services together with additional services for the needs of the District Court in Włocławek. 2.Detailed description subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, contain Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the detailed terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the draft provisions of the procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 3.The law of options 1) Ordering Party in trakcie realizacji zamówienia przewiduje możliwość zastosowania prawa opcji, polegającego na: a) increasing the scope of the order by extending the order completion date by a minimum of 1 (one) month and a maximum of 6 (six) months, b)Zamawiający w during the execution of the order, it provides for the possibility of using the option right to increase the number of hours of services provided under the so-called „wzmocnienia ochrony” m.in. if additional protection is needed, in situations that arise on a daily basis the signing of the contract could not be foreseen due to increased threat (e.g. high-danger hearings in public, bomb scares, introduction of alert levels, etc.).
