The subject of the order is the physical supervision of a facility consisting of 3 buildings (approx. 200 m apart) located in a park with an area of 16.7 ha and the protection of entrusted property and people staying in the Palace and Park Complex in Gutowy on working days from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on non-working days, Sundays and holidays 24 hours a day: video monitoring, conducting observations and immediate reactions in necessary situations, monitoring alarm, burglary and fire protection signals and immediate action according to given procedures, arrival of the intervention group to the protected facility for each alarm signal within no longer than 25 minutes. The arrival time of the intervention group is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers, operation of the videophone and main gate, required uniforms and appropriate appearance of the employees. os...
