• Description:
• 1. The order includes the development of a phytosociological and botanical expertise for the purposes of preparing a current plan of protective tasks for the Natura 2000 area Grądy in the Odra Valley (PLH020017), in particular:
  1) developing a field work schedule;
  2) carrying out a field inventory of habitats natural;
  3)conducting an assessment of the conservation status of the studied natural habitats;
  4) preparation of inventory documentation:
  a) observation cards taking into account:
  • actual and reference assessment of the conservation status of the studied natural habitats,
  • existing and potential threats,
  •actions protective measures, including monitoring,
  b)negative observation cards (if applicable);
  (c)study summaries;
  (d)spatial data in the form of digital information layers (GIS);
  e) photographic documentation of the studied natural habitats;
  5) participation in a maximum of two meetings of the Local Team Cooperation;
  6) preparation of an application for changes to the Standard Data Form (SDF) of the area along with a proposal for an amended SDF.
  2. The subject of the order is not divided into partial tasks:
  3. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the specification.
  4. The Ordering Party provides the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the completed subject of the order. A detailed description of the contractual conditions is included in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the specification.
