Description:
The subject of the contract is:
pickup, transport and development of stable municipal sewage sludge with a waste code 19 08 05 produced at the sewage treatment plant in Łaziska Gorne.
A) Estimated number of sediments provided for export and development: 1400 mg/10 months
b) Contractormay manage the sediments in any process of the disposal/recovery process allowed by the law for the waste with code 19 08 05, provided that the relevant permits in the scope of conducted activities and after meeting the conditions specified by the Ordering Party.
c)reserves the right to reduce the scope specified in point a) above with the provision that he undertakes to perform at least 60% of the value of the contract. In the event of the above situation, the Contractor does not have any claims against the contracting authority.The subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to SWZ.
Note: Bearing in mind the content of art. 96 para. 2 of the Waste Act of 14.12.2012 (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) in the case of the contractor's implementation of recovery consisting in the use of municipal sewage sludge in accordance withjoke. 96 para. 1 point 1 / 5 of the Waste Act, the Employer reserves the obligation to perform in person by the Contractor, which is the key of the Earth's surface of key tasks. The key tasks are understood as the performance of the transport and development service of sewage sludge (waste code 19 0805).
