Description:
Visitors- Centre and Offices in Wrocław European Parliament and European Commission, Directorate-General for Communication (COMM), Representation in Poland - Wrocław, Wrocław, POLAND. The European Parliament and the European Commission are looking for premises capable of accommodating jointly or in separate properties the Europa Experience interactive visitors- centre, a conference room and the offices of the European Parliament and the European Commission's Regional Representation in Wrocław. The premises must be located in the centre of Wroclaw and, as regards the spaces to be used as a visitors- centre, should be situated along a thoroughfare distinguished by a high pedestrian footfall. The required net usable floor areas are as follows: for the visitors- centre premises, which are at least partly located on the ground floor, approximately 900 m2, for the conference room approximately 350 m2 and the offices approximately 750 m2.
