I invite you to participate in the 1st stage of the purchasing procedure entitled to the platform lift "electronic version of the preliminary offer, which is a scan of the offer (as a PDF file) printed and signed in traditional form (pen + stamp) by persons authorized to represent or PDF file signed with an electronic signature qualified by persons authorized to representation, should be submitted in the form of an attachment via the EB2B purchasing platform ("Annexes" tab) by 27.08.2025 at 12:00 This purchasing process does not apply to the provisions of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law.
