Description:
1. The subject of the Agreement is:
1.1. Purchase and delivery of access licenses to the Threat Intelligence Platform by the Subscription Contractor, including the Producer's support and the Personalized Reporting Service, together with documents confirming the granting of access licenses to the Subscription, incl.taking care of the Manufacturer's support and the Personalized Reporting Service;
1.2. The Contractor ensures the Subscription Activation of access licenses to the Threat Intelligence Platform;
1.3. The Contractor ensures that the Threat Intelligence Platform Configuration is performed;
1.4. Delivery of Vouchersand conducting training workshops, as well as transferring the ownership of the media on which the training materials were recorded and the proprietary rights and derivative rights to works relating to the training materials;
1.5. Ensuring the provision of the Contractor's Technical Support Services;
1.6. Granting a 12-month quality warranty for the Threat Intelligence Platform Configuration services provided, including the delivered Access License Subscriptions.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreementconstituting Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter: SWZ).
