Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of antibiotics and other anti-infective drugs - according to the division into 25 TASKS
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including the required form, dose, quantity per package, quantity per package. specifies the ASSORTMENT AND PRICE FORM, constituting ANNEX No. 1 to SWZ
3. Series and dexpiry date of the products on the unit packaging and on the invoice, expiry date not shorter than 12 months.
4. Delivery time - max. 2 business days from the date of placing the order.
5. The offered medicinal product must be authorized for marketing and use in Poland in each required formdose of the drug separately - in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Law.
6. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are additionally specified in the contractual conditions constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ "Contractual Conditions".
7. The contractor will deliver the order items to the SZPITA APTEKA warehouseLA.
