Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of antibiotics and other anti-infective drugs - according to the division into 84 TASKS
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the required form, dose, quantity in the package, quantity in the package. is specified in the ASSORTMENT AND PRICE FORM, constituting APPENDIX 1 to SWZ.
3. Series iexpiration date of the products on the unit packaging and on the invoice, expiration date not shorter than 12 months.
4. Delivery time - max. 2 working days from the date of placing the order.
5. The offered medicinal product must be approved for trading and use in Poland for each required formand the dose of the drug separately - in accordance with the Act of 06.09.2001. Pharmaceutical Law.
6. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are additionally specified in the contractual conditions constituting Appendix No. 5 to the ToR "Contractual conditions".
7. The Contractor shall deliver the items of the order to the SZPI PHARMACY WarehouseTALA.
