PN-40/25 Delivery with discharge, bringing, assembly and launch and connection to existing ventilation channels and media steel, laboratory and pharmacy furniture for the needs of the central integrated clinical hospital as part of the project entitled Construction of the Central Integrated Clinical Hospital in Poznań - Center for Intervention Medicine (stage I CzSK).
1. The object Orders are: delivery along with discharge, bringing, assembly and launch and connection to existing ventilation channels and media steel, laboratory and pharmacy media for the needs of the central integrated clinical hospital as part of the project entitled Central construction Integrated Clinical Hospital in Poznań - Center for Intervention Medicine (stage I CzSK).
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 (to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
3. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:
processing and delivery of furniture in accordance with applicable law and standards, made of materials compatible with Polish standards, having the required approvals, certificates and admission to use, in particular in accordance with the standards specified in the regulation of the Minister of Health of 26.03.2019 on detailed requirements to be met by rooms and devices of the entity performing medical activities (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 595),
