1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of specialized medical equipment
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
Annex 1 - assortment and price form and a description of the technical parameters of the subject of the contract for task 1; 2; 3; 4 and 5
Task 1 - ultrasound apparatus for the Diagnostic Diagnostics Department
Task 2 - Specialist medical equipment for internal departments, the Central Emergency Room,
Ambulances N
Task 3 - Specialist medical equipment for the Endoscopy and ICU laboratory
Task 4 - Specialist medical equipment for the Gastroenterology Department
Task 5 - Specialized medical equipment for the Intensive Care Department
The offered goods must be approved for trading and application on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the law, and in particular with the provisions on medical devices.
