3 OrderIt was divided into the following parts:
Part 1 - Type 1 computers as well as docking stations as well as a keyboard and wireless mouse BT,
part No. 2 - computers type 2 and type 3.
2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and concludedThey stayed in part IV SWZ, where, in accordance with art. 99 para. 6 of the PZP Act, the Employer also indicated the criteria used to assess the equivalence.
3. The contractor is obliged to grant the contracting authority a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the benefits resulting from it. Requirementsregarding the warranty were specified in part III SWZ.
4. Software licenses, unless the license validity period has been indicated, should be indefinite.
5. The delivered subject of the contract must be brand new, unpaid at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. By finding"Factory new" should be understood as the subject of the order, originally packed, unused before the day of delivery,
excluding the use of the necessary test of its correct work after production.
