Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of an indoor police shooting range of the Piła Police School based on project documentation and technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in:
1) description of the subject of the contract (attachment No. 1 to SWZ);
2) project documentation with attachments (Annex 2 to SWZ);
3) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (for individual industries) (Annex 3 to SWZ);
4) bill of quantities (Annex 4 to SWZ);
5) planned contract provisions (attachment No. 5 to SWZ).
The contract for the performance of the contract will be concluded for a fixed period.
The execution and completion of all construction and accompanying works together with obtaining the use permit will take place within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract with indirect terms resulting from the material and financial schedule.
Place of order: part of plot No. 700 within geodetic area No. 0018, located in Piła at Square Staszica 7.
The Employer obliges Contractors to take a local vision of the construction site before submitting the offer in order to obtain all data that may be useful to prepare the offer and to implement and settle the subject of the contract.
Contractors who meet the conditions regarding the technical or professional capacity specified in Chapter VII SWZ may apply for the awarding of the contract.
