Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the design of a complete administrative facility of the Police Station in Omazy and a garage and utility building, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and the documents attached to the SWZ., 2. As part of the subject of the order,It is assumed that a multi-disciplinary technical and executive construction design will be carried out, including in particular: - concept with visualization of the administration building and the garage and utility building, - design of the administration building with a public area (waiting room and first contact room) andlimited access (offices for officers, the head of the station, a complex of social and hygienic rooms, storage and technical rooms), - design of connections: energy, telecommunications, water supply, sanitary sewage, - design of a garage and utility building, - designlandscaping and development - access roads to new buildings and fencing, - designs of internal sanitary and electrical installations with emergency power supply, including low-voltage ones, i.e. access control, video monitoring, burglary and attack detection, fire protection, telephone networks. ..
