Description:
The nature of work at the concierge requires physical fitness, especially due to the cleaning and snowmaking of garages and sidewalks in winter. We do not plan to employ an additional person. Intellectual skills are also required, mainly due to the operation of the POLON 4200 fire control panel connected to the Unit. Ratowniczo-Ganicz No. 5 of the State Fire Service of the Capital City of Warsaw. In addition, the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) ensuring the safety of people staying in the building; 2) guarding the property entrusted to the Social Welfare Home. w. Brother Albert;3) issuing keys to rooms to authorized employees;4) letting people in and out of the building through the main entrance and from the driveway for wheelchairs, also opening the gate for cars (e.g. for garbage trucks) from the garage side; 5) keeping registers: visitors, a book of issuing keys to service rooms; 6) recording reported breakdowns, faults and other necessary repairs in the maintenance books, 7) reporting lift failures by telephone to the lift maintenance staff, freeing people trapped in the elevator in the event of a breakdown; 8) urgent response in the event of a breakdown waterworks...
