Description:
The subject of the fall is the subordination of the porter of the philharmonic object in Biaymstok at 2 Podlena Street. He will be used for all days of the week with Saturdays, Sundays and vitual days between 7:00 23:00Signing by 30.06.2025 will cover 5840 man -hours (RBG). 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is taken into account No. 1 to SWZ 3.3. The contractor will undertake to employ under a contract of work on a person performing activities in the scope of the implementation of the collapse, if the performance of these activities consistson performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277). Pursuant to art. 95 para. 1 of the PZP of the Public Procurement Law indicates that the employment of employment on work contracts applies to all employees who will be able to show the service of the porter's lodge in the mannerDescribed in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ.
