Description: 1. The order of the order is a service consisting in the post-warranty service of medical equipment broken down into 150 tasks.
2. Performances should be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, taking into account the replacement of parts and components, removing possible damage and disability without additional replacement of the part, performing full calibration and functional tests in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, relevant tests and full maintenance of medical equipment, issuing relevant periodic certificates control.
3. The contractor must have the current calibration certificates, calibration of measuring instruments, testers required to perform periodic inspections shown on the price forms of medical apparatus and access to original spare parts, in accordance with art. 90 sec. 4 of the Act on Medical Articles.
