17.W zwiΔ zku z okreΕleniem przez ZamawiajΔ cego wymagaΕ, o ktorych mowa w art. 95paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor is obliged to perform the contract in the scope of performing the activities specified in point 16 point a-b SWZ, throughout the entire period of the contract, by persons employed by the contractor on the basis of an employment relationship in accordance with art. 22 Β§1 of the Labor Code.
18. PerformerHe is obliged to submit a statement on the number of persons referred to in point 17, on the day of the conclusion of the contract in two copies, in accordance with the specimen of the statement contained in SWZ. (template of the statement is Annex 7 to SWZ)
19. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Employer, each timeat the request of the Ordering Party, within the deadline set in the call, indicated below the documents in order to confirm the contractor's fulfillment of the requirements for employment of employees under an employment contract:
