1. The order of the contract was divided into 2 packages/ parts. The Employer allows partial offers, separately for each of the packages/parts. The Employer does not limit the number of packages / parts for which the contractor can submit.
Package 1. Post -warranty service for treatment planning apparatus Radiotherapy Department of the Siedlce Oncology Center (Siemens Planning System Service).
Description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2: Technical offer form - Annex 2, draft contract - Annex 5.
Service implementation deadline - 48 months from the date of the contract.
Package 2. Description of the subject of the contract includes a technical offer form - Annex 2A, draft contract - Annex 5A. Service implementation deadline - 36 months from the date of the contract.
Package 1 Performing services in the field of inspection, repair and maintenance of the diagnostic and therapeutic equipment of the Radiotherapy Department of the Siedlce Oncology Center, Service of the Planning System.
