Description:
1. The scope of services includes: 1) periodic inspections - (at least twice a year) frequency and scope of inspections in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manufacturer; inspection schedule agreed with the Ordering Party after signing the contract; 2) diagnostics, repairs and calibration of equipment, including travel if necessary visits to the Ordering Party; 3) initial response time: up to 3 hours on business days; 4) maximum delivery time, replacement of original parts: up to 72 hours from the Ordering Party's notification; 5) on-site response time at the Ordering Party: up to 24 hours on business days, repair completion: within the next 48 hours from the response. If it is necessary to import spare parts from abroad - repair completion time: up to 5 business days.
