- Description:
- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in 2026 in domestic and foreign traffic for the needs of the Municipal Office in Zotec in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items as well as returns of undelivered items and confirmation of receipt. Services subject to the order will be provided in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012. Postal law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, items 366 and 820). The Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to provide parcel delivery services to any place indicated by the Ordering Party in the country and to any place abroad covered by the Agreement with the Universal Postal Union. The contractor will receive remuneration for the quantity of the subject of the contract actually ordered and completed. The obligatory scope of the order, i.e. the minimum (guaranteed) quantities, is 50% of the gross contract value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
