The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the Biaa Podlaska City Hall (Biaa Podlaska Municipality) in 2025, consisting in accepting, transporting and delivering postal items in domestic and foreign traffic and providing the Ordering Party with return receipt confirmations. after successful delivery, as well as the return to the Ordering Party of postal items not delivered to the recipient after exhausting all possibilities of their delivery or release.2.
