Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of universal postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the Szydowo Commune Office in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items and their returns to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient within the meaning of provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1456).2. The subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the principles specified in generally applicable legal provisions, including: Act of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1456) together with applicable acts implementing regulations, the Act of June 14, 1960, the Code of Administrative Procedure, and the Act of November 17, 1964, the Code of Civil Procedure. 3. The Ordering Party will pay the fee for services provided to the Szydowo Commune Office in the form of a payment in arrears: 1) the settlement period is assumed to be one month calendar, 2) VAT invoices issued for receivables resulting from the implementation of the contract will be issued within 14 days from the end of the settlement period., 3) the invoice payment deadline is 14 days from the date of receipt of the electronic invoice to the e-mail address ...
