Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of poultry to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Olsztyn in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (minimum quality requirements) - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, in the assortment and quantities in accordance with the price form, Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract. Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of order execution are included in the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes). Foodstuffs will be delivered successively. Quality parameters and the required (minimum) warranty period are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
