Krtk. Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity from 01.04.2022. until 31/03/2023. , up to 2 points of collection (PPE) with an estimated volume 434.92 MWh., indicated above, the forecasted consumption of electricity is indicative and can deviate from actually collected, during the contract period, amounts of energy. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not punch for the Ordering Party consequences, beyond the need to make a magnification of energy. The Contractor should take into account the variation (+/-) 10%. At the same time, the ordering party declares the purchase of energy in the amount of no less than 90% of the estimated volume, i.e. not less than 391.43 MWh.
