Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
 building of the administrative and office building of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Wieliczka together with the antenna mast and internal installations (water supply, sanitary sewage, rainwater sewage, central heating, gas, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, fire, electric and low -current, radio communication with antennas), garages with vehicle washing stand and power generator,
 construction of external installations outside of building (internal supply line, land lighting, water supply installation, heating installation, Installation of sanitary and technological sewage systems with devices for sewage cleansing and rainwater sewage system together with the separator and with a retention tank),
 land development: internal roads and fire roads, parking lots, pedestrian paths, retaining walls and elements small architecture on plot No. 722/16 in the town of Wieliczka, 0001, GM Wieliczka.
During the warranty period, as part of the current gross flat-rate remuneration (with no additional fees), in relation to all systems, equipment and installations (including, among others: SSP, ventilation unit, UPS, air conditioning, elevators), the contractor's duties include the implementation of warranty repairs, services and warranty inspections to ensure their optimal efficiency and maintenance of warranty, i.e.
1) performing maintenance activities using your own maintenance materials,
