Description:

The contract award procedure is carried out in an open tender mode on the basis of "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." , adopted for use by resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of 01/08/2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law does not apply). 2. Type of order: delivery. 3. The subject of the order is repairing a personality and tower elevator along with delivery and replacement of parts. 4. The procedure to which this SWZ relates is marked with: KFZ/2025/WNP-018159/2. Contractors are obliged to rely on the above -mentioned designation in all contacts with the Employer. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. 7. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. 8.
