Description:
1. The subject of the order is - on the terms described in the contract to be concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer - successive collection, transport and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party. classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, divided into 2 parts, in the types and quantities specified below. 2.Waste can be recycled only R1 and/or R12 recovery processes, as defined in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012. (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended)/Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the Union European Union of June 14, 2006. on shipments of waste (Journal of Laws EU L 190/1, as amended), whereby "subjecting to a recovery process" means the initiation and completion of this process. 3. The Subject of the Order includes: c) part No. 1 - constituting fraction of ballast waste with energy value from the process of sorting mixed or selectively collected municipal waste in an amount of 7,000 Mg, but not less than 350 Mg (minimum benefit) The waste comes in baled form with dimensions cubes: length - 1.60 m - 1.80 m width - 1.10 m height - 0.80 m d) part No. 2 - constituting the fraction of ballast waste with energy value from the process of sorting mixed or selective municipal waste...
