Description:
Supplementary probiotic premix for pigs Lavipan L500 in the amount of 60 kg, (with attached label in Polish) with delivery to the Ordering Party's warehouse located in the Feed Plant - Robczysko (64-130 Rydzyna).

Composition of microencapsulated lactic acid bacteria and live yeast cultures:
a.bacteria lactic acid (not less than 10^9 cfu/g):
- Lacticaseibacillus paracasei,
- Lactiplantibacillus plantarum,
- Pediococcus pentosaceus,
- Leuconostoc mesenteroides.
b. live yeast cultures (not less than 10^7 cfu/g):
- Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Salmonella bacilli: absent in 25 g.
Pollution foreign bodies harmful to animals: unacceptable.
VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal food classified into chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act.
Each delivery must be accompanied by a product quality certificate.
In order confirmation of the above-mentioned quality parameters of the product, the Ordering Party requires that the offer be accompanied by a product quality certificate or another document confirming the equivalence of the offered product.
