Development of an amendment to the local development plan approved by Resolution No. IV/28/2011 of the Gryfice City Council of January 31, 2011, amended by Resolution No. No. 110 in Rzęskowo
The subject of the contract is the preparation of changes to the local spatial development plan approved by Resolution No. IV/28/2011 of the Gryfice City Council of January 31, 2011, as amended by Resolution No. XV/138/2019 of the Gryfice City Council of October 29, 2019 r. for the area located on the provincial road No. 110 in the area of Rzęskowo. Area of the change: approx. 200-300 m2. The change concerns the introduction of provisions allowing the construction of a sewage pumping station along with the location of a gravity sanitary sewer and a pressure pipeline in the area of plots no. 424/7, 424/179, Rzęskowo geodetic district, located in the areas covered by the above-mentioned plan symbol 6ZL,7ZP. Plot no. 424/7 LsIV use - land use - forest greenery with landscape character. Plot no. 424/179 RV use - land use - park greenery - public greenery square.
