Description:
The subject of the contract is the preparation of an analysis of the impact on the socio-economic situation of the solutions introduced by the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act on supporting the development of telecommunications services and networks and certain other acts, along with a survey of the opinions of entities usingregulations of this act.
The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to the SWZ, and the order will be implemented under the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the contract, which are attached as Appendix 2 to the Specification.
