Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the preparation and conduct of qualitative evaluation research of the social campaign "Protect the climate! You have many ways to do it!", Covering its two views - the first in June and the second in September 2025.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) and conditions The contract implementation is included in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
3. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to transfer to the contracting authority of copyrights - the details are described in the contract template.
95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in scope of order processing.
