Krtk Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to use the preparation and delivery of a set of pots along with beverages in the form of a two-dimensional dinner, sub-chocolate and dinner for a maximum of 20 OSBs of incredible, needing support in everyday functioning, i.e. OSB, which due to health or non-health condition requires Care and support in the relationship, of the imperments of independent exercise, at least one of the basic activities of everyday life on time from the date of signing the contract until 30.06.2023 directly to the place where the participant of the project, i.e. to the Club for OSB requiring support in everyday functioning in Kwiatkowice, ul. Dzka 11, 98-105 Waterrings. The number of poses during the implementation period will not exceed 4.320 pieces (in 2022 max. 2.880 Zwiecz together with beverages in the form of a two-day dinner, afterward and supper / in the year 2023 Max. 1,440 meals along with beverages in the form of a twodish dinner, afternoon and dinner) .
