Short description of the subject of the order: Object of the contract, 1.1 Type of order: Service, 1.2 Description of the subject of the contract: Preparation and delivery of full board for patients Hospital of lung diseases in Orzesze, taking into account diets and calorie. hospitalized in branches: a branch of lung diseases and tuberculosis and a palliative medicine department - providing comprehensive services of all-day and everyday nutrition of the Ordering Party patients. The service will be implemented for 7 days a week, including days and holidays. The contractor must provide a board in accordance with the recommendations by the National Sanitary Inspector and according to the current guidelines of the Institute of Food and Nutrition and in accordance with the Food and Nutrition Act of 25 August 2006. (Single text - Journal of Laws 2020 item 2021 with later amendments) and executive provisions to this Act and Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on hygiene of foodstuffs. ..
