Description:
The subject of the proceedings is the service of preparing, issuing and delivering lunch sets (in thermoses or disposable packaging) for clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Bechatow (MOPS) in Bechatow. The concept of a lunch set should be understood as a hot meal, which is prepared in detail is specified in part V, section 12 SWZ. The Contractor will be obliged to prepare, issue and deliver lunch sets: 1) to the addresses indicated by the Ordering Party, 2) to facilities belonging to the Contractor - the Contractor must have at least one point in the City of Bechatowo where will enable MOPS customers to consume meals or issue lunch sets in disposable packaging (meaning a container with appropriate certificates confirming admission to contact with food, serving as a transport container and a vessel enabling consumption). Meals will be delivered by car Contractors adapted to transport food.
