Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the provision of a catering service called: Preparation and delivery of food for 23 people staying at the Care and Housing Center. Priest Praat Adam Drewniak in Krzemienna.2. The order will be processed 7 days a week from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 for 13 persons staying 24/7 (from Monday to Sunday, including all public holidays) and for 10 persons staying daily (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).3. Three regular meals: i.e.: - breakfast - 13 meals, - lunch (two-course, i.e. soup weighing not less than 250 ml, second course weighing not less than 350 g), 23 meals, - dinner 13 meals, - afternoon snack 13 meals4. The ordering party expects the following number of food sets: - 4,745 (13 people x 365 days) i.e. breakfast - 4,745 (13 people x 365 days) i.e. lunch - 4,745 (13 people x 365 days) i.e. dinner - 2,510 (10 people x 251 days) i.e. lunch - 4,745 (13 people x 365 days) i.e. afternoon tea number of lunches (in the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026) 7,255.5.
