Description:
Preparation and delivery of full meals for residents of the Social Welfare Home located in Poznań:
Konarskiego 11/13 for 96 residents consuming breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner,
Zamenhofa 142a for 74 residents eating breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner,
Konarskiego 11/13 for 20 people consuming only lunch in the canteen 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
The subject also includes the development of menus for therapeutic diets, i.e. diabetic, easily digestible, dairy-free/low-phosphate, gluten-free, rich in protein, rich in residues.
The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the order included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ
The description of the subject of the order includes:
- Annex No. 2 to the contract - detailed description of the subject of the order;
- Annex No. 3 to contracts - menus, basic diet;
- Annex No. 4 to the contract - table of substitutes for products and dishes;
- Annex No. 5 to the contract - Christmas menus;
