Description:
1.1 provision of a catering service, i.e. preparation and delivery of a hot meal to the place of residence of clients of the social welfare center in Raciborz, 1.2 Estimated quantity of a hot two-course meal served in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026: a) is 8,395 meals, b) number issued medium hot meals per day approximately 21-23 portions,1.3 The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of meals referred to in point 1.2 in the event of a change in the number of customers using the meals.1.4 The minimum scope of the order will be approximately 30% of the total order referred to in point 1.2. a).1.5 Changes referred to referred to in point 1.3 resulting in a reduction of remuneration do not result in any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party, in particular for payment of remuneration for catering services in the amount indicated in point. 1.2 points a).
